The Customer bears sole responsibility for ensuring products are used only in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Research Use Only guidelines.

All products and website content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, purity, stability, or non-infringement.

Zen Peptides makes no representations or guarantees regarding product performance, outcomes, shelf life, or suitability for any particular research application.

The Customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks, known and unknown, arising from the purchase, possession, storage, handling, transport, modification, or use of Zen Peptides products.

Zen Peptides shall not be responsible for any consequences resulting from misuse, improper storage, contamination, reconstitution, modification, or use inconsistent with Research Use Only designation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zen Peptides shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, personal injury, or property damage arising from or related to:

• The purchase, possession, or use of products
   
• Improper handling or storage

• Website downtime, errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies
   

If liability is imposed by law notwithstanding these Terms, Zen Peptides’ total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

The Customer agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zen Peptides, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
   
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase
   
• Zen Peptides reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at its discretion
   

All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued once products have shipped or been delivered, regardless of reason.

Shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Zen Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond its control.

Risk of loss transfers to the Customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

You agree not to:

• Use products for human or animal consumption
   
• Misrepresent the intended use of products
   
• Use products in violation of laws or regulations
   
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or alter products
   
• Use the website for unlawful activity, spam, or unauthorized promotions

Zen Peptides reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
