Return Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, Zen Peptide LLC does not accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Returns may only be accepted if:

• The product arrived damaged
• The product was incorrectly shipped
• The product is unopened and in its original packaging

Requests for returns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

If a return request is approved:

• The item must be returned in its original condition
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Zen Peptide LLC.
